Who is Woylie designed for?

What does my customer see?

On Pro and Signature, customers open a secure project link to see status, shared updates, photos, deposit invoices and any proposal awaiting their response. Your saved business name leads the project experience; Woylie provides the supporting product identity.

How do staff time and site check-ins work?

Employees clock in to an assigned job, start and end breaks, and clock out in WOYLIE Crew. Work and break time stays with the project for Office review. In the mobile web app, location is recorded when crew share it during work actions such as check-in, clock-out, notes or photos. Silent all-day tracking is not the default.

Can Woylie show labour cost, capacity and job margin?

Yes. Office can review and approve hours before they count as labour cost. Approved labour, known material and plant costs, approved variations and the real contract value feed internal project cost, profit and completion-margin signals. Missing costs stay visibly incomplete rather than being invented.

Can I use my own business branding?

Your saved business name can lead customer-facing work. Logo publishing, custom visual branding and white-labelling are not included in the self-serve Essential or Pro plans.

How long is the free trial?

Woylie includes a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card is required to start.

How much does Woylie cost?

WOYLIE Essential is A$99/month, Pro is A$179/month and Signature is A$299/month. Client Portal is included in Pro and Signature. WOYLIE Crew app service is for Signature subscribers. Prices are billed in AUD and exclude GST. Annual billing charges the equivalent of ten months for twelve months of access.

Does Woylie connect to Xero or replace accounting software?
