Acceptable Use Policy

1. Allowed use

Use Woylie only for lawful business purposes related to managing trade projects, clients, staff workflows and related communications you are authorised to handle.

2. Prohibited use

• Attempting to access another organisation’s workspace or data.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive content.
• Using the service to harass, discriminate against or covertly surveil people.
• Interfering with security, rate limits, authentication or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by non-excludable law.
• Reselling access without our written permission.
• Submitting others’ personal information without a lawful basis and necessary notices.
• Using AI features to generate content you present as verified professional advice without human review.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, clients, staff or the platform. Report abuse to michael@woylieapp.com.
